4. Right to Cancel & Returns

- Personalized Goods: Tailor-made orders containing custom names, dedicated event dates, or unique messaging scripts.
- Hygiene & Sealed items: Products sealed for health protection or hygiene codes once their factory seals are broken. Non-perishable luxury keepsakes and gift sets must remain 100% unused in original packaging components.
- Transit Damage Reporting: If an item arrives broken, you must alert our support desk via help@archestradingpost.com within 24 hours with clear photo evidence to activate an immediate replacement or full refund.
5. No Restocking Fees
For all eligible, authorized returns, Velvet Moon charges £0.00 Restocking Fees. Return shipping labels and mailing postage fees for remorse-driven "change of mind" returns remain the sole financial responsibility of the consumer.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any legal claims or operational disputes arising from transactions on this domain shall be filed exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
