  • Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within Scotland and the nationwide United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on all orders over £75.00.
  • Standard Shipping: A predictable flat fee of £4.99 applies to all orders under £75.00.
  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or surprise processing fees; taxes are calculated transparently at checkout.

2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

Our logistics system operates dynamically across our retail calendar week:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (17:00) GMT.
  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days.
  • Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT on an operational business day are typically prepared and handed to our shipping partners by the next business day.
  • Important Operational Notice: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday, or during Sunday, will begin formal handling and preparation on Monday morning.

3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4 – 7 Business Days from the time payment is verified.
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted domestic courier networks. You will receive an automated parcel tracking link via email as soon as your dispatch label is generated.

4. Free Local Store Pickup (Glasgow Click & Collect)

If you are in the Glasgow area, skip the courier delivery window by collecting your order directly from our storefront boutique:

Pickup Location: 1203 Argyle Street, Finnieston, Glasgow, G3 8TQ.
Ready Time: Orders are prepared and typically ready for collection within 2 hours during our regular physical store operational hours.

5. How to Order for Store Pickup

Shopping our digital inventory and collecting in person is simple and secure:

  1. Select Your Items: Add your desired fresh luxury florals or bespoke gift capsules to your digital cart.
  2. Choose "Pick Up" at Checkout: Select the "Pick Up" toggle on the information screen to automatically zero out all shipping costs.
  3. Wait for Notification: You will receive an initial order receipt, followed quickly by a dedicated "Ready for Pickup" email alert.
  4. Collect Your Order: Present your order confirmation message and a valid form of identification to our counter team at 1203 Argyle Street.

6. Tracking & Address Accuracy

Please carefully double-check all destination fields before completing checkout. If a delivery partner returns a shipment to our boutique due to a typographical address error, customer-side reshipment handling fees may apply.

7. Delivery Issues & Transit Damages

If an unexpected transit problem occurs or your luxury item arrives damaged, please email help@archestradingpost.com within 24 hours of parcel arrival. Please include your unique Order Number alongside clear photographs of the broken item and original exterior packaging box for a rapid replacement layout or immediate refund processing.
